Measuring Advice:

Chest  measurements shown are half measurements.  To get accurate sizing take your favorite garment and measure from underarm to underarm in inches.  Take that number and order the size closest to our chart.

Measuring Advice:

Waist measurements shown are full around measurements.  To get accurate sizing divide the number on this chart by two, take your favorite garment relaxed (do not stretch) and measure across the waistband.  Take that number and order the size closest to our chart and include the 5-7 inches of stretch. 

For example if the joggers you measure at home are and Adult XL and are 20 inches across the waist relaxed order a size Adult XL from us.   Size chart reflects relaxed fit, slim fit will be fitted across the hips down through the ankle.

Note that joggers waist has 5-7 inches of additional stretch when fully expanded from the relaxed position.  The measurements shown are relaxed.
